These sweet, savory, and smoky Asian-inspired ribs are marinated in our favorite Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub, then grilled to tender perfection on the recteq X-Fire.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cut ribs into individual bone-in pieces.
  • Step 2: On a stove top, over medium-high heat mix remaining ingredients and 1 tablespoon Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub. Allow to simmer and cool.
  • Step 3: Add ribs and sauce to gallon zip top bag, close, and refrigerate. Allow to marinate 4-6 hours.
  • Step 4: Remove ribs from bag and season with 1 tablespoon Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub.
  • Step 5: Turn X-Fire to Smoke mode and set to 400°F.
  • Step 6: Add ribs to X-Fire, making sure to flip frequently. Cook for 30-45 minutes until charred and at least 165°F internal temperature. 
  • Step 7: Remove from X-fire and let rest. Garnish with green onions and enjoy the flavor.

  • 2 tablespoon(s) Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Stevie's Habanero Honey
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Green Onions. sliced
