X-Fire Miso Ribs

These sweet, savory, and smoky Asian-inspired ribs are marinated in our favorite Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub, then grilled to tender perfection on the recteq X-Fire.
Instructions
- Step 1: Cut ribs into individual bone-in pieces.
- Step 2: On a stove top, over medium-high heat mix remaining ingredients and 1 tablespoon Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub. Allow to simmer and cool.
- Step 3: Add ribs and sauce to gallon zip top bag, close, and refrigerate. Allow to marinate 4-6 hours.
- Step 4: Remove ribs from bag and season with 1 tablespoon Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub.
- Step 5: Turn X-Fire to Smoke mode and set to 400°F.
- Step 6: Add ribs to X-Fire, making sure to flip frequently. Cook for 30-45 minutes until charred and at least 165°F internal temperature.
- Step 7: Remove from X-fire and let rest. Garnish with green onions and enjoy the flavor.
