  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 350ºF.
  • Step 2: Rub the ham with the Vidalia Onion BBQ Sauce and season with the Cowboy's Choice Rub. (Any of your favorite sauces and rubs can be used.)
  • Step 3: Cook until an internal temp of 165ºF and allow to cool before slicing.
