  • 1 pound(s) Pork, ground
  • 1/2 cup(s) Shiitake Mushrooms, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup(s) Kimchi, chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup(s) Green Onion, sliced
  • 1/8 cup(s) Cilantro, chopped fine
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh Ginger, grated
  • 1/2 each Egg
  • 1/8 cup(s) Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 1/8 cup(s) Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub

Tools Needed

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well, and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the mix to become well chilled.
  • Step 2: Shape the pork burgers into 6 ounce patties, then place them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes until well-chilled.
