  • 1/2 cup(s) Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Adam's Southern Citrus Honey
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Jody's Asian Persuasion
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Red Chili Paste
  • 3 cup(s) Carrots, shredded
  • 3 cup(s) Cucumber, shredded
  • 2 cup(s) Radish, shredded
  • 1 cup(s) Cilantro, chopped coarse
  • 2 each Jalapeno, sliced
  • 4 each Hot Dogs

Tools Needed

  • Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, Jody's Asian Persuasion, and chili paste. Whisk together until well combined.
  • Step 2: Add veggies and toss until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Step 3: Let sit in refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving.
  • Step 4: Preheat recteq to 500°F and place the Sear Kit inside, raised side up.
  • Step 5: Once up to temp, score the hot dogs and then let them grill for 10 minutes.
  • Step 6: Once done grilling, top hot dog with the Banh Mi Slaw, enjoy!
